Zyphe is building agentic compliance for regulated fintechs, crypto exchanges, and enterprises. Our five-agent system (Document, Liveness, Name Resolution, Risk Profile, Historical) automates KYB, KYC, and AML while a privacy-first architecture means personal data never has to live on our customers' servers.

We are early, focused, and shipping. Real customers, real revenue, an active fundraise with a committed lead. The next twelve months are about turning that into a defended category position.

About the role

Zyphe is hiring an Account Executive, Mid-Market to own and close new business across mid-market accounts in B2B SaaS and fintech.

This is not an order-taking seat. You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract, building pipeline, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and consistently exceeding quota, positioning Zyphe as the strategic identity infrastructure partner for growing businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market accounts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline through outbound efforts and inbound follow-up.
  • Run discovery calls and product demos tailored to compliance and security stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex deal structures involving procurement, legal, and technical evaluation.
  • Develop account plans and multi-thread relationships across target organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and content that resonates with buyers.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Represent Zyphe at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

You may be a good fit if you

  • Have 2+ years closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally in compliance, security, or fintech.
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Have strong consultative selling skills, you ask the right questions and listen deeply.
  • Can manage multiple concurrent deal cycles across different stages.
  • Sell comfortably to technical and non-technical stakeholders (CTO, CISO, Head of Compliance).
  • Are comfortable with longer enterprise sales cycles (3-9 months).
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong candidates may also have experience with

  • Selling KYC, AML, or identity verification products.
  • Selling into compliance, risk, or financial-crime buyers in EU and UK.
  • Working with a founder-led commercial motion and helping shape it.
  • HubSpot pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting at quota.

Annual salary

Competitive, commensurate with experience. Base plus uncapped variable on closed-won ARR.

Logistics

Location: Remote. Hybrid policy: Fully remote, with periodic on-sites for offsites and key meetings. Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time.

Education

We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
