Zyphe is building agentic compliance for regulated fintechs, crypto exchanges, and enterprises. Our five-agent system (Document, Liveness, Name Resolution, Risk Profile, Historical) automates KYB, KYC, and AML while a privacy-first architecture means personal data never has to live on our customers' servers.

We are early, focused, and shipping. Real customers, real revenue, an active fundraise with a committed lead. The next twelve months are about turning that into a defended category position.

About the role

Zyphe is hiring a Growth Marketing and SEO Specialist who can own the organic and paid growth surface end-to-end.

This is a player-coach seat. You will own the SEO programme (technical, on-page, content, GEO/AI search, link acquisition) and the paid growth playbook (Google, Meta, Reddit) on the same target audience. You will work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and engineering to ship pages and experiments that compound traffic, pipeline, and brand authority.

Responsibilities

  • Own Zyphe's SEO strategy end-to-end: keyword research, content roadmap, technical audits, on-page optimisation, internal linking, and reporting.
  • Lead GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) for AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot citation surfaces.
  • Run technical SEO workstreams (crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, JS rendering) in collaboration with engineering.
  • Plan, brief, and ship content at the page level (industry pages, comparison pages, programmatic SEO templates, glossary, blog).
  • Drive link acquisition through digital PR, partnerships, and earned distribution.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and Reddit aligned to the same ICP and keywords.
  • Own conversion rate optimisation on hub and landing pages: A/B testing, UX iteration, funnel diagnosis with Microsoft Clarity and analytics.
  • Set up and maintain the measurement stack (GA4, Search Console, Clarity, server-side tracking) and report against pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the founders on brand and category narrative for compounding share-of-voice.

You may be a good fit if you

  • Have shipped SEO programmes that materially moved organic traffic and pipeline, ideally for B2B SaaS or RegTech.
  • Have hands-on experience with technical SEO (Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, log analysis, schema markup).
  • Have published content that earned AI Overview / ChatGPT / Perplexity citations, or have a clear plan for GEO.
  • Have a strong paid acquisition track record across Google and Meta (Reddit a plus).
  • Are highly analytical: you instrument, attribute, and report against revenue, not vanity metrics.
  • Have a strong experimentation mindset (A/B testing, controlled iteration).
  • Can operate in a small team and own outcomes end-to-end without committee.

Strong candidates may also have experience with

  • Programmatic SEO at scale (templates, internal linking automation).
  • International SEO (hreflang, multi-region content).
  • Webflow, Astro, or comparable static-first frameworks.
  • HubSpot lifecycle marketing and email.
  • Marketing in fintech, RegTech, or other regulated B2B verticals.
  • Working with technical writers and engineers to ship content with code.

Annual salary

Competitive, commensurate with experience. Equity included.

Logistics

Location: Remote. Hybrid policy: Fully remote, with periodic on-sites for offsites and key meetings. Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time.

Education

We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
