Role Overview We’re looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn traffic into measurable business outcomes. This is not just a campaign execution role. You will own the entire growth engine from acquisition strategy to funnel optimization and conversion. You’ll work at the intersection of paid marketing, user behavior, and conversion strategy, continuously improving how we attract, engage, and convert users. What You’ll Do - Own and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with growth goals

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, Reddit)
  • Design and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels
  • Improve landing page performance through A/B testing and UX enhancements
  • Analyze user behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks
  • Use tools like Microsoft Clarity and analytics platforms to uncover insights
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
  • Track market trends and adapt strategies proactively
  • Build and refine buyer personas for better targeting
  • Collaborate cross functionally with design, product, and SEO to improve conversion What We’re Looking For - Strong experience in conversion-driven marketing
  • Hands-on expertise in paid acquisition & digital advertising
  • Proven ability to build and optimize marketing funnels
  • Strong skills in landing page optimization (CRO)
  • Ability to analyze user behavior and data deeply
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for conversion
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Clarity or similar
  • Strong experimentation mindset (A/B testing, iteration)
