Zyphe is building agentic compliance for regulated fintechs, crypto exchanges, and enterprises. Our five-agent system (Document, Liveness, Name Resolution, Risk Profile, Historical) automates KYB, KYC, and AML while a privacy-first architecture means personal data never has to live on our customers' servers.
We are early, focused, and shipping. Real customers, real revenue, an active fundraise with a committed lead. The next twelve months are about turning that into a defended category position.
About the role
Zyphe is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline and fuel our growth engine. You will own outbound prospecting end-to-end: researching target accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and booking meetings that convert into real opportunities.
This is not a script-reading seat. You will be the first point of contact for future Zyphe customers in fintech, banking, and crypto.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential target accounts in fintech, banking, and regulated industries.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) with personalized messaging.
- Qualify inbound leads and route them efficiently to Account Executives.
- Book discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff with detailed context.
- Test and iterate on messaging, subject lines, and outreach sequences.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity and pipeline in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and content ideas.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to sharpen targeting.
- Hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline generation targets.

Strong candidates may also have experience with
- Previous SDR or BDR experience at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach or similar tooling.
- Outbound experience into compliance, risk, or financial services buyers.
- Multilingual outreach (Italian, French, German, or Spanish) into EU markets.
Annual salary
Competitive, commensurate with experience. Variable compensation tied to meetings booked and pipeline created.
Logistics
Location: Remote. Hybrid policy: Fully remote, with periodic on-sites for offsites and key meetings. Visa sponsorship: Not available at this time.
Education
We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
